How To Prevent Yourself From Getting Virus'
Thanks to 21st century technology, we now have many ways to prevent ourselves from getting virus'. Since most of us cannot resist the temptation of just seeing what lies behind that little button, the most common way is using an anti-virus software. An anti-virus software can detect virus' immediately, when it recognizes a virus, it normally blocks you from the page. I know this is a shocker, but you even have to watch out for what anti-virus software you get, sometimes even they have virus' on them. Sometimes the cheapest alternative isn't the safest route. Think of it this way, if you want to get across the ocean and you got two choices to get across, would you pick a safely insured cruise ship, or a ragged boat made of duct taped logs? You would take the cruise ship right? Always think about the safety first! (My personal favorite anti-virus software is BitDefender) Another way some people protect (more than likely) their children from getting virus' is limiting them to certain trusted websites through restrictions and/or settings.
